About Tea
Tea is an anonymous, women-only community where members share experiences and ask questions about dating and safety; it calls itself a 'whisper network' with millions of members. In July 2025 a misconfigured database exposed tens of thousands of users' images, including selfies and ID photos submitted for verification. In October 2025 Apple removed the app from the App Store, citing content moderation and privacy; the service still works on the web.
